Graphic & Web Designer

Becca has been a graphic designer for 15 years. She began attending Rock Creek in February 1996 when the church was a few months old.  She was drawn by Rock Creek's practical and casual approach... plus she thought it was pretty cool that she could wear flip flops to church. 

After a couple of years of doing volunteer freelance work for Rock Creek, she joined the staff as full time Graphic/Web Designer. For the past seven years, her responsibilities have grown along with the growth of the church.  She is the designer of this website (ChurchAtRockCreek.org), as well as all printed materials such as advertisements, brochures, worship guides, logos, t-shirts, banners, flyers, posters, message series artwork, etc. 

Becca enjoys the creative freedom that she receives from working at Rock Creek.  “I feel like I’m always encouraged to stretch my creativity and to trust it. That’s something I think I most appreciate.” 

She says in her spare time “I like doing things like writing, interior decorating and photography. I even recently took a pottery class. Of course, all these are totally amateur.” She also loves traveling outside the country and has been to Canada, France, Germany, Thailand, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and Mexico. She says she likes “to count Japan as well since I once stayed in the Tokyo airport for five verrrry long hours.”

Becca lives in Little Rock with her 7 year old dog ChaCha who is a German Shepherd mix. She hates yard work, mayo and car issues.  She loves Rocky movies, American Idol, Tivo and hanging out with a good friend.
