Keith has attended Rock Creek since the fall of 1999.  Prior to coming on staff in January of 2003, he spent 24 years in Christian School education at two schools in Texas and two in Arkansas. His time in education was primarily as a school superintendent or high school principal. 

“The thing I like about what I do at Rock Creek is connecting people in groups and seeing group members experience the great community that’s only possible in small group gatherings,” Keith says.  “My goal is to have 100% of the members at Rock Creek connected into some form of small group life.  We’re close to that now and love all the growth we’ve seen over the past 7 years.”

Keith has a Master’s degree in School Administration.  He's been married to his wife, Dianne, for 37 years.  Their daughter Juliet, her husband Will, and daughter Mackynzie, also attend Rock Creek.  Keith and Mackynzie share the same birthday and they love spending time together.
